Description

You will lead the global accounting operations strategy for JetBrains, overseeing AP, AR, and GL functions across more than 20 entities in 12 countries. Your role focuses on standardizing processes, driving automation, ensuring compliance, and partnering with senior finance leadership to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting operations, including 3+ years in global leadership
• Proven success leading multicountry operations in shared service or GBS model
• Strong background in transactional finance functions (AP, AR, GL, Intercompany)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and AP/AR automation tools
• Excellent communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global strategy for accounting operations across multiple geographies
• Own and continuously improve global processes for AP, AR, GL, intercompany, and fixed assets
• Standardize workflows across regions while respecting local regulatory needs
• Define, implement, and monitor SLAs and KPIs
• Drive automation of transactional accounting processes using RPA and ERP enhancements
