💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a comprehensive global compliance program at Harvey, a company transforming legal services with AI. You'll act as a strategic advisor on sanctions, anti-bribery, and KYC matters as we grow rapidly with 1000+ customers and strong product-market fit. This is a high-impact role to shape a compliance function from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable compliance programs for trade sanctions, export controls, and anti-bribery.
• Advise cross-functional teams on compliance risks for global business activities.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and audits.
• Draft and operationalize compliance policies and training programs.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of relevant compliance experience with substantial program management.
• Experience with compliance technology tools (including AI) and automated screening systems.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
