You'll support the Store Manager in creating an excellent customer experience while driving sales and delivering on business goals. You'll lead daily operations, motivate the team, and help analyze sales trends to drive top-line sales. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers, respond to inquiries and needs
• Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures
• Achieve sales targets through effective selling and merchandising
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
