💼 About This Role

You'll own cross-functional product initiatives at adjoe, bridging technical architecture and business KPIs. You'll drive 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 product scaling in a high-growth mobile advertising environment. This role offers direct impact on strategic decisions as the right hand to the Director of Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full autonomy over critical, cross-functional product projects.
• Translate high-level visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate teams across domain areas as go-between for business and engineering.
• Make executive-level calls to unblock bottlenecks balancing feasibility and desirability.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, Engineering Leadership, or as Technical Founder.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional mastery.
• Proven success in high-growth environment driving products from 0 to 1 or 1 to 100.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams and influencing cross-departmental stakeholders.
