💼 About This Role

You'll join a Silicon Valley startup as a Field Service Technician maintaining retail AI installations in the Manchester region. You'll be responsible for onsite maintenance, installations, and ensuring customer SLAs are met during store hours with some overnight work. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, 20 hours per week, offering flexibility with potential extension.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform onsite and offsite maintenance of camera hardware.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks.
• Respond promptly to service calls to meet SLAs.
• Install Focal Systems product onto shelves and ceilings.

📋 Requirements

• Proven Field Service Technician experience.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in using power tools and installation equipment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
