You'll join Carvana as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, using glue-pulling techniques and state-of-the-art tools to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels in a high-tech Inspection Center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Access panels and perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels
• Use glue-pulling techniques to repair smaller-sized dents
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools in a production environment

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Work in fast-paced environment with exposure to weather conditions
