🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage episode approvals and provide editorial feedback
• Support day-to-day production across shows
• Source, vet, and book freelance production support
• Travel for live events and field shoots

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience producing podcasts, video, or comparable editorial audio
• Excellent editorial judgment and strong ear for pacing
• Highly experienced with audio/video production tools like Riverside, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Descript
• Ability to manage multiple shows and deadlines simultaneously

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating freelancers and vendors
• Comfort operating basic audio/video equipment
