💼 About This Role

You'll shape the architecture and design principles for Snowflake's internal data platform, powering analytics across Finance, Sales, and HR. You'll lead cross-functional data initiatives and drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows using LLM-powered tools. This role offers the opportunity to define RBAC frameworks at scale and set the technical standard for dbt.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape architecture and design principles for internal data platform
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives from problem framing to delivery
• Define and enforce RBAC frameworks, row access policies, and masking policies
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted data workflows with LLM-powered tools

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics engineering or data architecture
• Deep expertise in Snowflake including RBAC, performance optimization, and Cortex
• Expert-level dbt skills including macro development and CI/CD integration
• Experience designing and implementing RBAC frameworks at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large-scale internal data platform at a tech company
• Familiarity with Python for data pipeline development
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or GenAI-native data tooling
