🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe appropriate medications and answer member questions
• Complete documentation in EHR and collaborate with care team

📋 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in Idaho
• At least 2 years experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone with active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
