You'll shape and execute Bumble's global social impact strategy, supporting ESG reporting and corporate affairs operations for the Love Company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute global social impact initiatives and partnerships
• Develop impact measurement frameworks and track KPIs
• Support ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting
• Manage team OKRs, budgeting, and vendor processes

📋 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in social impact, sustainability, or corporate responsibility
• Experience building and managing mission-driven programs and partnerships
• Strong understanding of impact measurement and outcomes tracking
• Excellent executive-level writing and communication skills
