You'll own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, shaping delivery and driving high-impact implementations for enterprise accounts. This role combines deep martech expertise with consultative skills to deliver measurable outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define SOWs for complex technical engagements
• Lead consultative conversations to translate business goals into implementation plans
• Oversee project delivery on time and budget
• Serve as technical advisor and subject-matter expert for Klaviyo platform

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Proven success with enterprise-level projects and multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node or Python
• Strong understanding of martech landscape including Email, SMS, and CDP

• Experience with API and webhook integration
• Familiarity with modern web development frameworks
