Description

You will own Alt's Vault end-to-end, managing internal workflows, tooling, SLAs, logistics, and activation paths to turn physical collectibles into liquid inventory. This role combines operational rigor with AI and automation to scale the vault business and improve time-to-liquidity.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in operationally complex environments
• Strong intuition for warehouse, logistics, or 3PL-style businesses (metrics like throughput, SLAs, cost per unit, rework)
• Deep interest in AI-first workflows, including AI agents and automation tools
• Experience translating messy processes into scalable internal tools
• Comfort working with warehouse/ops and engineering teams
• Highly data-driven; define success and hold accountable to outcomes
• Able to operate at tactical and strategic levels

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Vault lifecycle: receiving, intake, processing, exception handling, outtake, shipping
• Own international shipping logistics including customs, insurance, carrier integrations
• Own roadmap for internal Vault tools (Retool and beyond), design systems for queue management, prioritization, labeling, SLAs
• Drive inventory activation and liquidity through cross-functional partnership
• Manage quality, reliability, and trust with error rate and rework metrics
• Build and own quarterly Vault roadmap tied to business outcomes
• Influence Vault unit economics through speed, tooling, automation
