Description

You will drive growth in SoFi's lending businesses by transforming raw data into compelling narratives. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll use SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow to build pipelines, lead AI integration, and influence product decisions through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or M.B.A. in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, CS, Mathematics)
• 5+ years experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Engineering, preferably in Finance or Tech
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Strong SQL and Python skills, hands-on with dbt and Airflow in Snowflake
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive insights by identifying trends and opportunities
• Champion AI productivity by implementing AI tools for data engineering
• Translate complex analyses into persuasive narratives for leadership
• Lead optimization of product decisions including funnel conversion and experimentation
• Build scalable reporting pipelines in Snowflake using dbt and Airflow
