💼 About This Role

You'll manage accounts payable and receivable processes for a global team, working US hours from Kuala Lumpur. You'll ensure accurate financial records and reconciliations, supporting month-end close. This role offers autonomy and collaboration in a diverse environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices and record payments in accounting systems
• Prepare weekly cash position and monthly cash forecasts
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Assist with month-end close including reconciliations and journal entries

📋 Requirements

• SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Willing to work US hours (night shift)
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar role
