You'll design CRA-ready market outreach programs and manage community campaigns targeting low-to-moderate income borrowers. You'll partner with realtors, builders, and nonprofits to promote homeownership and achieve lending goals in diverse communities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage community outreach campaigns for CRA-ready programs.
• Maintain pipeline of CRA and non-CRA mortgage transactions.
• Conduct first-time homebuyer classes at branch or community events.
• Analyze pipeline reports and track CRA activity performance.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of mortgage industry experience.
• Basic understanding of CRA programs and requirements.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with Loan Origination Software (LOS).
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy and systems.
