💼 About This Role

You'll own affiliate-driven subscriber funnels for an AI Agent–powered consumer products company. Your core impact is optimizing the full journey from first click through trial, conversion, and LTV. This role blends performance marketing, product experimentation, and subscriber economics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize affiliate subscriber funnels from post-click to retention.
• Source and scale high-quality affiliates focused on LTV.
• Test offers, pricing, and commission structures (CPA, rev-share).
• Partner with Product and Design on A/B test experiments.
• Own tracking, attribution, and data integrity across the funnel.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate or performance marketing for subscription products.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Tune).
• Fluency in performance analytics (CAC, LTV, retention, churn).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted data analysis workflows.
• Familiarity with PostHog, Stripe, or affiliate platform APIs.
• Background in recurring-revenue business models.
