You'll lead a portfolio of U.S. home service Pros, delivering accurate month-end bookkeeping and financial clarity. Your core impact: building trusted relationships that help small business owners make confident financial decisions. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Tax Solutions and Payroll.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure pros receive world-class service via consistent communication and proactive outreach.
• Engage pros regularly to gather documentation and share monthly insights.
• Partner with bookkeepers to keep work moving efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Meet all month-end service delivery deadlines for dedicated accounts.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of U.S. bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent certification.
• 1+ year experience leading or mentoring others.
• Experience providing bookkeeping guidance directly to clients.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency.
• Interest or experience in home service business trades.
• QBO ProAdvisor certification.
