You will lead creative workflows for a major client, bridging strategy and execution across paid social and online video. You'll guide the creative team day-to-day, ensuring work is on-brand and on-budget while managing transcreation efforts between English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Requirements

  • Native-level Spanish fluency with cultural nuance navigation
  • 3+ years experience at an advertising agency, marketing firm, client side, or startup
  • Ability to work independently and take on assignments readily
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal Strategy, Analytics, and Creative teams
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and lead projects of all sizes
  • Ensure work is accurate, reflects client comments, meets brand standards, and is on strategy
  • Track status, timing, and budget implications at each project step
  • Identify opportunities to scale outcomes across the business
