Requirements
- Native-level Spanish fluency with cultural nuance navigation
- 3+ years experience at an advertising agency, marketing firm, client side, or startup
- Ability to work independently and take on assignments readily
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Superior organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal Strategy, Analytics, and Creative teams
- Manage day-to-day workflow and lead projects of all sizes
- Ensure work is accurate, reflects client comments, meets brand standards, and is on strategy
- Track status, timing, and budget implications at each project step
- Identify opportunities to scale outcomes across the business
