Description

You will assist the global accounting team with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory financial statement preparation. You'll prepare journal entries, reconcile prepaid invoices and accounts, maintain fixed asset registers, and support external audits.

Requirements

• Completed or currently studying degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience with Excel
• Quick learner with inquisitive mindset
• Attention to detail and precision
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries (credit cards, travel)
• Schedule and reconcile prepaid invoices
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations (accrued AP, credit cards, expenses)
• Maintain fixed asset register (additions, disposals, depreciation)
• Support external audits with documentation
