You will guide patients through consultations, helping them choose cosmetic procedures that align with their goals. Partner with the surgical team to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through post-procedure follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven sales success (3+ years) in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in one-on-one consultative selling, preferably in aesthetics
• Ability to build rapport and create urgency
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and team
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person consultations with new and returning patients
• Educate patients on procedures, process, and financing options
• Coordinate follow-up with clinical team and patients for a positive experience
• Build and manage a strong patient pipeline with proactive follow-up
• Lead center team to deliver exceptional patient experience
