You'll architect data models for Customer Operations teams, turning fragmented data into high-performance assets. Your work will streamline logistics, identify at-risk customers, and refine collections logic. You'll have the opportunity to shape the data function's development from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable data models using BigQuery, dbt, and Looker
• Identify opportunities to improve decision-making across operations
• Develop in-depth understanding of the customer journey
• Support and shape operational KPIs for call centres and supply chain

📋 Requirements

• Strong academic background in computer science or quantitative field
• Expert capability in SQL with large datasets
• Proven experience in Analytics Engineering using dbt
• Experience developing BI solutions from requirements to delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BigQuery or Snowflake
• Experience with Python for automation
• Familiarity with Airflow or observability frameworks
