• Lead and coach Account Executives to exceed monthly and quarterly goals
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top AE talent
• Provide daily coaching, call feedback, and development plans
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role
• 1+ years of Field Sales management experience
• Track record of leading teams to consistently exceed targets
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing change
