You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at a pop-culture-focused retail store. You'll create buzz through product promotions and social media while running an operationally sound business. • Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promotions on time.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
