Description

You will install, maintain, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer sites and patient homes, ensuring optimal system performance and providing technical support to clinical staff and patients. This role offers the opportunity to work with a pioneering dialysis technology that reduces complexity and improves patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics (or military equivalent)
• 5+ years of field service/industry experience
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to travel extensively within the US including overnight stays
• Ability to read and interpret electronic and fluidics schematic diagrams and flowcharts

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and verification of system specifications
• Deliver first and second level technical support to customers, including after-hours, holiday, and weekend coverage
• Accurately document all service activities, maintain spares inventory, and report parts usage and failures in the ERP system
• Provide detailed feedback to R&D regarding product performance, serviceability, and customer comments
