You'll build and scale a high-performing Specialist Solutions Engineering team at Gong, accelerating revenue growth by delivering expert technical acumen for strategic products. You'll design the team's strategy and operating model, serving as the connective tissue between Sales and Product organizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build a customer-focused, high-performing team that communicates business value.
• Recruit, mentor, and empower skilled Solutions Engineers.
• Develop streamlined cross-functional processes and impactful collateral.
• Optimize workflows by collaborating with Product and Enablement teams.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant solutions engineering experience.
• 6+ years building and managing high-performing solutions engineering teams.
• Proven experience leading a customer-facing team with strong people management.
• Proven track record driving revenue impact through team strategy and direct deal support.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sales technology: CRMs, cloud architecture, telephony.
• Familiarity with data flows, AI, ML, analytics, APIs/webhooks, JSON.
• Experience building a team from the ground up.
