You'll drive sales growth and customer relationships for EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions branch in Jacksonville, FL. Your core impact is expanding our customer base by educating contractors on how our rental solutions save money and improve efficiency. This role offers uncapped commission and a supportive, tech-enabled team environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute full sales strategy for a geographical territory
- Build relationships with contractors and construction principals
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and contract negotiations
- Respond to inbound leads and conduct sales presentations

- Proven outside sales track record (B2B preferred)
- Equipment rental or construction industry knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
