As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI Private Banker team, you will define the technical architecture for conversational AI, recommendation engines, and personalized financial experiences across mobile and web, building the engineering foundation that makes financial empowerment accessible at scale.

Requirements

• Experience as Staff Engineer shipping complex consumer-facing mobile apps
• Expertise in designing high-throughput, fault-tolerant backend services with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Proven technical ownership of major product areas
• Experience with data systems, APIs, and pipelines for AI/ML outputs
• Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and design decisions for full-stack platform
• Build and maintain Flutter mobile applications for conversational AI
• Design distributed backend services for recommendation engines and real-time personalization
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams on technical roadmaps
• Drive engineering best practices through code reviews and mentorship
