💼 About This Role

You'll provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts, supporting branches across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry using advanced diagnostic tools. This role offers year-round OEM training and a people-first company culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
