You'll work directly with the CEO to drive A1's US market entry, from setting strategy to executing on the ground. You'll build hiring plans, support fundraising, and establish the company's US presence. This role offers high ownership of the highest-priority initiatives in a fast-moving AI startup.

• Drive US market entry strategy and execution

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
• High agency - does not wait for instructions
• Strong judgment - prioritizes what matters with incomplete information
