You'll assist lead installers in installing HVAC equipment and fabricating ductwork for a family-owned company serving Northeast Ohio since 1927. Your work directly supports 100% customer satisfaction and team success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings
• Verify and load equipment/materials for each job
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanical aptitude
• Flexible work schedule

• 1 year HVAC install experience
• EPA Certification
