💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Heavy Equipment Field Technician, maintaining and repairing the newest fleet of construction machinery. You'll use our T3 platform to diagnose issues remotely and perform repairs at customer sites. This role offers year-round OEM training and a people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology (laptops, tablets) to create and monitor work orders
• Travel to customer job sites for on-site repair and maintenance
• Assist in training lower level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, must be 21+
• Must own tools applicable to position

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
