📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience
• Track record of building robust, scalable systems in fast-paced environments
• Ownership mindset with autonomy to solve customer problems
• Pride in craft and inclusive cross-functional collaboration

• Experience leading a team on a large web application
• Expertise in Go
• Experience with Kubernetes or Google Cloud Platform
