• Proven track record delivering production-grade products using AI-driven approach
• Mastery of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, GPT APIs, LLMs) across development lifecycle
• Strong technical foundation in AWS, .NET, Python, MongoDB
• Obsessed with delivery and ownership of outcomes
• Comfortable moving fast and constantly improving execution

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade features faster than traditional teams using AI-first methods
• Build and optimize AI-first workflows across all development stages
• Raise the bar for speed, quality, and ownership in product delivery
• Contribute to AI-First engineering culture and mentor others
• Partner with Product and Tech Leads to accelerate time-to-market
