Description
You will design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior, develop decision-making and task allocation systems, and implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic. You'll build behavior trees and state machines for autonomous missions, integrate perception outputs, create simulation environments, and collaborate closely with AI and hardware teams to shape next-generation aerial security.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful)
- Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2 or similar)
- Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems
- Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms
- Experience with autonomous robots or UAV systems
- Comfortable performing hands-on testing and debugging in field environments, including challenging weather conditions and time-critical operational scenarios
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable software architectures
Responsibilities
- Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior
- Develop decision-making and task allocation systems
- Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic
- Build behavior trees / state machines / planners for autonomous missions
- Integrate perception and sensor fusion outputs into actions
- Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing
- Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload
- Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams
