You'll execute and scale Brex's marketing compliance program across payments, cards, and banking. You'll operate at the intersection of compliance, marketing, and product, ensuring customer-facing materials are accurate and compliant. This hands-on role supports high-volume workflows while improving processes and training.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Review and approve marketing materials for compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Ensure marketing claims are accurate, substantiated, and appropriately disclosed
  • Manage high-volume intake of marketing reviews, triage, prioritize, and meet turnaround expectations
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Legal to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk in banking/fintech
  • Experience reviewing marketing materials in a regulated environment
  • Working knowledge of UDAAP and FTC advertising standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess risk pragmatically

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling a marketing compliance review program
  • Familiarity with fintech products across payments and card programs
  • Experience with AI-generated marketing content compliance
