💼 About This Role
You'll work exclusively with existing paying customers, uncovering opportunities to expand their use of Connecteam. Your mission is to turn customer insights into high-quality demo bookings for Account Managers. This is a high-volume role with 140+ calls per day.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with existing customers via calls, email, and social to identify upsell opportunities
- Prospect into defined accounts with high expansion potential
- Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers with smooth handoffs
- Manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM
📋 Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working US business hours Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm
- Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment
✨ Nice to Have
- SDR experience is a plus, not required
- Strong technical aptitude and product curiosity
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
