💼 About This Role

You'll work exclusively with existing paying customers, uncovering opportunities to expand their use of Connecteam. Your mission is to turn customer insights into high-quality demo bookings for Account Managers. This is a high-volume role with 140+ calls per day.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Proactively engage with existing customers via calls, email, and social to identify upsell opportunities
  • Prospect into defined accounts with high expansion potential
  • Book qualified demos for Expansion Account Managers with smooth handoffs
  • Manage all prospecting activity in HubSpot CRM

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours Monday–Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment

✨ Nice to Have

  • SDR experience is a plus, not required
  • Strong technical aptitude and product curiosity
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM
