• Provide individualized coaching on interview techniques and professional readiness
• Build and maintain employer relationships to generate job leads
• Coordinate externship documentation and ensure smooth student transition

📋 Requirements

• Experience in education, career services, or employment staffing
• Knowledge of different application processes and expectations
• Experience overcoming graduate obstacles
• Organization and communication skills

• Any degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the Career Service Advisor role
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
