💼 About This Role

You'll join Eliot's Homeless Services Division as a Housing First Coordinator, providing housing stabilization support to unsheltered adults using a person-centered, strengths-based case management approach. You'll help clients achieve long-term housing stability and financial independence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage clients using harm-reduction and Housing First framework
• Develop needs assessments and action plans with clients
• Advocate for person-centered, strength-based support services
• Address clinical/systemic needs and develop safety response plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• 2 years case management experience with homeless population
• Familiarity with challenges related to homelessness, substance use, and mental illness

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
