You'll be the founding SDR at Peec AI, a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics for SEO and growth teams. You'll own outbound prospecting, engage decision-makers, and generate qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. This role offers real ownership and a clear path to grow into a closing role as we scale.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and engage decision-makers via outbound prospecting
- Execute personalized outreach with cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Use AI tools to research and personalize messaging
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting
๐ Requirements
- Hungry and driven with a habit of setting ambitious targets
- A natural on the phone who enjoys cold calling
- Passionate about AI and uses AI tools daily
- Highly coachable and open to feedback
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound sales tools like Clay, Lemlist, or Apollo
- Familiarity with SEO or content marketing space
- Prior B2B SaaS experience
- Track record of hitting activity targets
