Description

You will assist with outside and administrative functions for dealer consignment, commercial accounts, or retail accounts, ensuring vehicles are properly located, tagged, and moved. You'll coordinate with shops and customer representatives to facilitate reconditioning, inspections, and sale preparation, helping maintain efficient inventory flow.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Automotive/auction experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive various vehicles
• Proven ability to multitask and manage deliverables against targets
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle inventory is in designated areas with proper numbering and tagging
• Liaise between auction and customer representatives to review inventory and recommend reconditioning
• Write repair orders and coordinate vehicle repairs with shops
• Assist with physical inventory, scan and record vehicle movement, and track missing units
• Coordinate sale lane and ensure vehicles are prepped for sale (flagging, photos, quality checks)
