💼 About This Role

You'll architect and implement Teamcenter customizations and integrations for Anduril's ArsenalOS platform, building a next-generation Engineering Backbone. Your work will directly enable engineering teams to design and deliver complex hardware at scale. This role combines deep PLM expertise with modern software engineering in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, CAD systems
• Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions
• Define architecture standards and drive engineering excellence
• Leverage AI tooling for rapid development across the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, AWC)
• Proficiency in Java, C++, and C#
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing

• Teamcenter upgrades/migrations and cloud deployment architectures
• CAD integrations (NX, SolidWorks) and other PLM platforms
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing or hyper-growth startups
