💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the subject matter expert on Verkada's full product suite, providing expert-level post-sales support and project management for large strategic customers. You'll drive successful deployments, configure product features, and deliver vendor-led training. This role offers the chance to work with Fortune 500 clients in a thriving in-office culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert-level post-sales support and configuration for Verkada products.
• Manage project deployments for customer accounts.
• Configure and fine-tune product features and analytics.
• Train customers and partners on Verkada product offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (FedRAMP compliance).
• Strong background in Computer Networking (HTTPS/SSL, VLANs, TCP/IP, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry certifications such as AWS, CCNA, or Security+.
• Experience with Linux systems.
• Previous startup experience.
