💼 About This Role

You'll own complex technical accounting at an enterprise sustainability platform. You'll design strategic frameworks for revenue recognition, capitalized commissions, and internal-use software. This role is the primary technical accounting authority at a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Manage end-to-end accounting for capitalized commissions (ASC 340-40)
• Lead internally developed software accounting (ASC 350-40)
• Author technical accounting memos and maintain policy library

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with deep expertise in ASC 606
• CPA required
• Deep proficiency in ASC 340-40 and ASC 350-40
• Experience with SaaS and technology companies

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience with IPO readiness or public company reporting
• Experience implementing revenue recognition systems
