💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate daily delivery operations for a healthcare client, ensuring routes run on time and independent contractors meet service requirements. You'll be the key link between customers, dispatchers, and drivers to resolve issues and maintain on-time performance. This hybrid role is based at a customer site in Hudson, OH.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor route coverage and IC check-in
• Create and adjust routes per customer requirements
• Communicate dispatch changes and delays to customers and ICs
• Ensure IC compliance with vehicle type and uniform policies
• Complete daily service reports and administrative paperwork

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience
• Valid driver's license and clean vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
