You'll use your video production expertise to train advanced language models on cinematography, editing, and post-production workflows. You'll challenge the model on real-world scenarios, document error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in film, media production, communications, or closely related creative field
• Professional production portfolio
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with studio and field production
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Challenge language models on shot composition, multi-cam production, audio-video synchronization, lighting setups, video compression, content scripting, and broadcast formatting
• Converse with the model on real-world production scenarios and technical video questions
• Verify factual accuracy and creative consistency
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
