Description

Join Midi Health to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first clinical model. You will conduct quality visits, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a supportive team to close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent experience as NP in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to women during perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions via telehealth
• Conduct personalized patient visits, including listening, educating, and developing care plans
• Utilize clinical pathways involving hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Participate in weekly clinical education and team collaboration
