You will lead ASM's technology strategy for the SK Hynix account globally, focusing on advanced packaging. Build strong customer relationships, align product strengths with account strategy, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions.

Requirements

• At least 15 years experience in semiconductor capital equipment
• Specific focus on Deposition systems in Semiconductor Field
• MS in Engineering or above (PhD preferred)
• Good communication skill with customer R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing
• Leadership capabilities: results orientation, business acumen, strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Manage SK Hynix account globally for technology matters with focus on advanced packaging
• Build strong technical relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Monitor program progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Anticipate future advanced packaging needs and foster long-term innovation
• Drive continuous improvement of customer experience through team and process development
