💼 About This Role
You'll lead and inspire a large sales team in Barcelona, reporting to the Spain General Manager. You'll drive performance and optimize processes to scale Skello's HR solution for frontline teams across Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Train and coach AE and BDR Team Leaders directly
- Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their career paths
- Monitor team KPIs and optimize sales processes
- Assign leads and contribute to quota setting
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience with 20+ team members

- Proficiency in English and French
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech
