💼 About This Role

You'll lead and inspire a large sales team in Barcelona, reporting to the Spain General Manager. You'll drive performance and optimize processes to scale Skello's HR solution for frontline teams across Europe. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Train and coach AE and BDR Team Leaders directly
  • Recruit and promote BDRs and AEs in their career paths
  • Monitor team KPIs and optimize sales processes
  • Assign leads and contribute to quota setting

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with 20+ team members

  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech
