You'll join a global AI-driven property management technology company to provide expert insurance guidance and support. You'll develop client relationships, assess needs, and recommend tailored solutions while cross-selling and upselling insurance products. This hybrid role in Lehi, UT offers a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Take incoming lead calls to address customer needs with tailored insurance solutions.
• Obtain and maintain Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses through continuing education.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and updating policies.

📋 Requirements

• Resident Insurance Producer License (may be obtained after offer, but before starting).
• Demonstrates success in cross-selling insurance products and maintaining a book of business.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
