💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical leader for Zipline's large-scale flight testing operation, blending engineering thinking with hands-on flight ops. You'll own complex test campaigns, resolve technical blockers, and translate results into engineering insights to ensure precision, velocity, and safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and prioritize test execution with engineering teams.
• Execute complex flight tests including preflight instrumentation and incident response.
• Analyze flight data to identify anomalies and validate performance.
• Generate clear, actionable test reports for engineering decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Technical degree in Engineering, UAS, Aviation or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least two plus years of experience in aviation, robotics, or autonomous systems testing.
• US citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Part 107 License required prior to starting.
